FloSpace Warranty And Refund
At FloSpace, we stand behind the quality of our modular flooring products. We warrant that all FloSpace tiles and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the original purchase when installed, used, and maintained in accordance with our installation and care guidelines.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only when accompanied by proof of purchase.
What Our Warranty Covers
If a FloSpace product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the defective product; or

Replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent item at no cost.
Where a warranty claim is approved, FloSpace will cover the reasonable costs associated with repairing or replacing the defective product.
Genuine FloSpace Products
FloSpace products are sold exclusively through our official website. Purchasing directly from FloSpace ensures you receive genuine products backed by our warranty and customer support.
Products purchased through unofficial sources, private resellers, or third-party marketplaces are not covered by the FloSpace warranty, as we cannot verify their origin, condition, or authenticity.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or failure to follow FloSpace installation instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or fading resulting from regular use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloSpace's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. FloSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
